Diaphragm Valve Straight Through Type
Renowned manufacturer of valves introduces you an exceptional spectrum of Diphragm Valve Straight Through Type. These valves are designed and developed under the proper guidance of qualified engineers and skilled designers. We use high grade raw material in the construction so that deliver durable and high performing Diaphragm Valve Straight Through Type (G series or KB type) used in diverse applications.
Features Life-time Construction – Rugged design incorporating the best materials make our Diaphragm Valves durable and long lasting.
Moving Parts Completely Enclosed – Moving parts are completely enclosed that eliminates malfunction caused by atmospheric corrosion of exposed parts.
Large Area Moulded Actuator Diaphragm – These are maintenance-free and have capability of high seating thrust. Closure not dependent upon springs, which only exert minimum force when valve is in closed position.
Cast Iron Diaphragm Housing – Extra heavy casting affords high resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
Space Saving Design – Our Diaphragm Valve Straight Through Type (G series or KBType) are compact and are available in space saving designs. Overall dimensions reduced to absolute minimum.
Advantages Streamlined Flow–Streamlined flow passage of the valve body is free of pockets, grooves or other crevices, assuring full flow efficiency and self-cleaning action.
Tight Shutt -Off–Unique diaphragm and weir method of operation affords positive, leakproof closure.
No Stem Packing or Stuffing Box – Diaphragm seals off valve stem and other parts from the flow, eliminating the need for stem packing or stuffing box.
Simplified Construction – The valve body assembly consists of three component parts - body, diaphragm and bonnet. Bonnet is adaptable to any comparable size and valve body regardless of body material.
Easy diaphragm Replacement – Installation of a new diaphragm is accomplished by simply removing the bonnet bolts, lifting off the bonnet assembly, replacing the diaphragm, and reassembling. There is no need to remove body from the line.
